01-10-2026

Japan Securities Co., Ltd. (JSI) would like to inform you of the warning issued by the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) regarding fraudulent activities involving the impersonation of HOSE to defraud investors.

Warning Information
According to the warning published by HOSE on September 28, 2026, certain individuals have been unlawfully using HOSE’s name, images, and logo, as well as forged seals and signatures of leaders of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), to create fraudulent documents and materials.
These individuals have provided false information regarding the authorization of investment activities in an attempt to entice and induce investors to participate in potentially fraudulent investment activities.
HOSE has confirmed that it did not issue and has no involvement with the aforementioned documents and materials. HOSE also does not use such forms or documents to authorize, certify, or guarantee any investment activities.

Recommendations for Investors
To minimize the risk of fraud, JSI recommends that all clients:

    • Be cautious with investment offers: Do not rely on documents, materials, or information purportedly issued by HOSE, the SSC, or other government regulatory authorities without verifying their authenticity.
    • Protect your account information: Never provide your username, password, OTP (One-Time Password), or other confidential information to any unauthenticated individual or organization.
    • Do not transfer funds based on suspicious requests: Do not transfer money to individuals, organizations, or accounts of unknown origin based on instructions from suspicious parties.
    • Verify information before conducting transactions: Proactively verify information through the official channels of the relevant authorities or organizations before conducting any transactions or participating in any investment activities.

Guidelines for handling suspected fraudulent activities
If you receive any documents, information, or investment offers that appear to be fraudulent or involve impersonation, please:

    • Do not provide any personal, account, or confidential information.
    • Do not transfer funds at the request of suspicious individuals or organizations.
    • Retain relevant messages, emails, documents, and other evidence.
