- F88 (-2.56%) successfully raised over VND 833.5 billion, representing 83.4% of its 2026 public bond issuance plan (totaling VND 1 trillion). The proceeds are expected to be allocated to core business operations in support of its 2026–2030 growth strategy.
- DCM (+1.62%) held its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, announcing a target revenue of VND 35 trillion by 2030 and plans to expand from its traditional fertilizer business into industrial gases, chemicals, and biotechnology sectors.
- Foreign investors recorded net selling of VND 1,127.9 billion. VPB (-0.71%), ACB (-0.91%), and VHM (-1.73%) faced the strongest net foreign selling pressure, while no tickers attracted notable net buying interest.
