VN-Index plunged as selling pressure dominated. (VN-Index -5.47%)
• The VN-Index opened with the red, the real estate sector and .
• In the morning session, investors’ risk-off sentiment weighed on the market, dragging down the index mainly due to declines in VIC (-4.02%), VHM (-3.53%), VRE (-2.44%), and NVL (-4.82%)..
• In the afternoon session, selling pressure intensified further, with many stocks hitting their floor prices.
• Market breadth included 34 winners, 325 losers, and 19 unchanged.
• Liquidity increased 26.3% to VND 53.2 trillion.

VN30 was dominated by sellers (VN30 -5.38%)
• All of the VN30 basket stocks declined.
• 13 stocks, including SSI (-6.99%), HPG (-6.96%), and STB (-6.95%), hit their floor prices.
• There were no gainers.

Sectors and stocks daily highlights
• According to its consolidated financial statements for the third quarter of 2025, VAB (+3.98%) saw its pre-tax profit rise by 46% year-on-year to approximately VND 336 billion, driven by a significant reduction in operating costs. The bank plans to further strengthen its financial foundation through capital enhancement in the coming period.
• VHM (-6.90%) was honored with the Asia’s Outstanding Enterprise Award at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) 2025. The company was recognized for its exceptional achievements in areas such as business performance, management strategy, social responsibility, leadership, and talent management.
• Foreign investors increased their net selling to VND 2,060 billion today. Strongest net sellings were MSN (-6.93%), CTG (-6.32%), STB (-6.95%). On the other hand, VHM (-4.92%), VJC (+0.86%), and DXG (+0.67%) were the most net bought stocks.
