Authorization Registration

According to current regulations, the registration of securities trading authorization must be certified by notary offices. Clients who have opened securities trading accounts wishing to register for authorization, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1
Study carefully the authorization contract form (reference) and prepare necessary documents for the registration of authorization in accordance with JSI’s regulations. Specifically included as follows:
・Authorization contract;
・A certified copy of ID card of authorized person
・Documentation for opening a securities trading account at JSI/Confirmation of securities trading account number from JSI.

Step 2
Fill in full and accurate information of the Authorizing and Authorized person, the cope of authorization in the Authorization Contract Form with 04 copies.

Step 3
The Authorizing and Authorized person bring authorization contract, documentation for opening a securities trading account at JSI/Confirmation of securities trading account number from JSI to the notary office to complete the authorization procedure.

Step 4
Authorizing person brings 1 set of notarized authorization contract to JSI’s counter to carry out the authorization.

Step 5
Authorization registration completion: As soon as the authorization registration documentation is approved, JSI’s staff will record authorization information into the system; guide clients how to do transactions through authorization at JSI.
